Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 28 July 2026
These terms apply whenever you use creditsorted.co.uk, download our free guide, or buy any product from Credit Sorted ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email us before you buy — we're happy to answer questions.
1. Who we are
Credit Sorted is operated as a sole trader by Mustafa Alsoodany, trading address 122 Portswood Road, Southampton, SO17 2FW. You can contact us at hello@creditsorted.co.uk.
2. What we sell
We sell educational digital products about the UK credit system: guides, an interactive planning tool ("the Console"), a video course, and dispute letter templates. Everything is educational information and do-it-yourself material — not a service we perform on your behalf, and not regulated financial, debt, credit, or legal advice under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA). Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. If you're struggling with debt, free impartial help is available from StepChange or Citizens Advice.
3. Orders, payment & delivery
All purchases are processed through our payment provider, Payhip, at payhip.com/creditsorted. Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable tax. Payhip handles card and PayPal payments securely — we never see or store your card details. Digital products are delivered instantly after payment: files are available to download immediately, and course access is granted straight away through Payhip.
4. Your right to cancel & our money-back guarantee
Because our products are digital content delivered instantly, UK law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) normally allows you to lose the standard 14-day cancellation right once you confirm you want immediate access and acknowledge that you're giving up that right — which happens automatically at checkout when you receive instant download access.
Instead, we offer something better: a 30-day money-back guarantee on every paid product. If it isn't right for you, email hello@creditsorted.co.uk within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
5. Using what you buy
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes. You can't resell, redistribute, publicly share, or use our guides, letters, or course content to build a competing product or service.
6. Product availability & changes
We may update or improve our guides, templates and course content over time — if you've bought lifetime access to something, you keep access to the current version. Occasionally we may need to change prices, discontinue a product, or adjust what's included; this won't affect anything you've already purchased.
7. Liability
We provide our products with reasonable care and skill, but because outcomes depend on your own credit file, actions, and decisions by lenders and credit reference agencies (which are outside our control), we can't guarantee any specific result, score change, or approval. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow us to (for example, for fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
8. Complaints
If something's gone wrong, email us first at hello@creditsorted.co.uk — we aim to sort out any issue directly and quickly.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
